Custom fields and rules
Standard fields cover names and addresses. A member id, a desk number, or a label in another language needs a custom field or a rule.
Custom fields
Under Custom fields, add the name the page uses, such as promo_code, and the value to enter. On the next fill, a field with that name receives the value.
Tokens
A value can include tokens that are replaced when the page is filled:
{date}and{time}— the moment of the fill{random:6}— a short random string{url}and{host}— the page you are filling
A new-line token fills a multi-line box. Tokens are useful when each test sign-up needs a different email local-part.
Keyword rules
If the label is unusual, pick the value and list words that appear in the field name or label, for example phone, postal, or nickname. Rules are stored on the profile and win over the built-in match.
